Our goal was to create a gym that, based on our many years of experience in the sport, best serves body development through resistance/weight training. We strived to put together a high-quality selection of equipment that is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.

The automation and continuous availability of our gym allow you to fit your workout into your daily schedule without having to align it with gym opening hours. This way, your body- and mind-healing training can seamlessly become a part of your everyday life.
