Managingmemberships
Through the GPass application, you can view and manage your active memberships, purchase new ones, and track expiration dates.
The app automatically notifies you when your membership is about to expire.
„All You Can Move”membership usage
If you have an AYCM membership supported by your employer, you can activate it in the GPass app by entering your AYCM identification.

Accessing our gym
You can enter the gym using the QR code available from the app’s menu or your profile page. Simply scan it at the QR code reader next to the entrance and again at the turnstile upon entry.
Locker management
Find an available locker and secure it using one of the following methods:
Via the app: Open the app, go to "Lockers" and scan the QR code on the locker door to lock it. The same process applies for unlocking.
Via central computer: Use the designated central computer, enter your locker number, and follow the on-screen instructions to lock or unlock your locker. Here, you can check the available and open spots.
Please note that in case of a power outage, only this option will be available for an additional 2 hours.
Troubleshooting guide
Forgotten password: On the app’s login screen, select the “Reset Password” option.
Non-functioning QR code: Ensure that your membership is valid, your phone's camera is enabled in the app, your screen is undamaged, and the brightness is set to an appropriate level.
App crashes: Try reinstalling the app.
