The SOUL GYM is an automated fitness facility that allows its guests to use its services independently and freely.
Since SOUL GYM operates as a fully automated gym without on-site reception staff, personal trainers, or other personnel, compliance with the following House Rules is of utmost importance for all guests.
The House Rules are available in electronic form on the official SOUL GYM website.
1.1. These House Rules define the rules for using the fitness facility, the rights and obligations of guests, and ensure the safe and proper operation of the gym’s services.
1.2. They regulate the proper use and preservation of equipment and facilities, as well as the operational requirements necessary for the undisturbed functioning of the gym.
1.3. Entry to the facility and the use of its services constitute automatic acceptance of these House Rules.
1.4. The facility is operated by Soul Fitness Szolgáltató Kft., which reserves the right to unilaterally amend the House Rules. Any amendments will be published on the website and on the access control interface.
2.1. The provisions of these House Rules apply to all guests and visitors.
2.2. The House Rules extend to the entire area of the gym.
2.3. By purchasing day passes or memberships, or by entering the premises, guests acknowledge and accept the provisions of these House Rules.
2.4. Entry is permitted only with a valid day pass, membership, or other authorization.
2.5. Access rights are personal and non-transferable.
2.6. Memberships and day passes can only be validated on the purchaser’s own mobile device via the GPASS application.
3.1. All guests must respect the health, physical integrity, and property of others.
3.2. Proper hygiene must be observed at all times.
3.3. It is prohibited to engage in any activity that disturbs public order or the peace of other guests.
3.4. The following are strictly prohibited:
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances.
Entering or remaining on the premises under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Littering or displaying behavior that disturbs others.
Bringing weapons, explosives, or dangerous objects into the facility.
Bringing animals into the premises, except with prior written authorization from the Operator.
Taking photographs or videos for purposes other than personal selfies or workout documentation, unless explicitly authorized by the Operator.
3.5. Guests may send comments or complaints to contact@soulgym.hu.
4.1. Access to the workout area is permitted only in appropriate sportswear and clean indoor shoes.
4.2. Before beginning any workout, each guest must check the condition of the machines and equipment, and immediately report any malfunction to the provided email address or, if present, to a personal trainer.
4.3. After use, guests must return all machines and equipment to their original positions.
4.4. The use of a personal towel is mandatory.
4.5. For the comfort and undisturbed training of all guests, the use of mobile phones during workouts is not recommended.
4.6. Only beverages contained in sealed plastic bottles may be brought into the gym area.
4.7. Paper cups required for the protein and coffee vending machines may be taken from the open cabinet located underneath, on the right-hand side.
4.8. The paper cups stored in the cabinet must not be used for the water dispenser. Guests are strictly required to use their own bottles or shakers for water consumption.
4.9. Children under the age of 16 may use the services only with parental consent and supervision.
5.1. SOUL GYM services may only be used with a valid day pass, membership, or under an effective contract or other agreement concluded between SOUL GYM and a third party (e.g., written authorization or operator’s permission), in compliance with these House Rules.
5.2. The validity of the electronic membership granting entry is verified by SOUL GYM’s access control system upon each entry. If any person refuses or attempts to bypass verification for any reason, they may be immediately excluded from the service without further justification, and any remaining entries or memberships will be revoked without refund.
5.3. The Operator assumes no responsibility for failed QR code scans caused by damaged or malfunctioning mobile phones.
6.1. By registering and entering the facility, guests consent to the processing of their personal data.
6.2. Soul Fitness Szolgáltató Kft. guarantees that guests’ personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of identification, verification of access rights, and maintenance of the necessary electronic (photo-based) records, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and based on the guest’s consent.
6.3. By registering on the GPASS platform and submitting their personal information, the guest expressly consents to the recording and processing of such data for the aforementioned purposes.
6.4. Guests may request at any time that the Operator cease data processing and delete their personal data from the records. In such cases, the Operator shall comply with the request; however, it shall be entitled to deny access to SOUL GYM services thereafter.
6.5. If the Operator creates or commissions promotional material (photo or video) within the SOUL GYM premises for any business or marketing purpose, all guests present automatically consent to being recorded and authorize the Operator to publicly use such materials without any limitation, compensation, or further consent. By using the services, guests acknowledge and accept this provision and waive any related claims against the Operator.
6.6. Guests acknowledge that the entire SOUL GYM facility is monitored by a continuous video surveillance system for comprehensive security and access control purposes. The Operator maintains video records for internal safety monitoring only and shall not disclose them to third parties except as required by law or official authority. By entering the facility, guests expressly consent to video recording.
6.7. Guests’ data protection rights are governed by applicable legislation, which provides for the right to information, data correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and judicial remedy in case of rights violations.
6.8. The primary governing legal instruments for data processing include Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info Act).
7.1. The access control system operates based on QR code scanning. The Operator of SOUL GYM assumes no responsibility for failed scans resulting from damaged, cracked, or broken mobile phone screens. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the QR code is displayed on an undamaged, high-brightness screen for successful scanning.
7.2. The Operator accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises. In the event of health issues or accidents within the facility, the Operator bears no responsibility.
7.3. The Operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings or equipment.
7.4. All machines, equipment, and furnishings within the SOUL GYM premises are the property of the Operator. Guests are required to respect this property and must refrain from any damage, defacement, or theft.
7.5. All guests use SOUL GYM’s services and equipment at their own risk and responsibility. Guests are strongly advised to choose training programs appropriate to their health condition, fitness level, age, and gender.
7.6. Any accident, injury, damage, or malfunction detected on the premises must be reported immediately to contact@soulgym.hu.
7.7. Guests are liable for any damage they cause in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code in effect at the time.
8.1. The use of slippers is mandatory in all wet areas.
8.2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for items left in lockers.
8.3. All guests are required to maintain cleanliness and order within the changing rooms.
8.4. Any issues detected in the sanitary facilities (including but not limited to blockages, burst pipes, or water leaks) must be reported immediately to contact@soulgym.hu for prompt repair.
9.1. Any extraordinary event occurring within SOUL GYM must be reported without delay by the person involved or the first observer to the Operator at contact@soulgym.hu.
9.2. In case of emergency, the relevant authorities must be contacted:

10.1. In case of violation of the House Rules, the offender will first receive a warning. If the behavior continues, the Operator reserves the right to request the guest to leave the premises and may temporarily or permanently ban the individual. In cases beyond the Operator’s authority, the police or other competent authorities may be called, and all guests are required to cooperate with their instructions. Guests expelled from the premises have no right to claim compensation from the Operator.
10.2. The Operator reserves the right to refuse service if it determines that a person’s behavior, statements, or actions contradict the business, marketing, or ethical principles or interests of SOUL GYM.
10.3. Individuals restricted from or excluded from the use of services are not entitled to any financial compensation or refund.
