Turn up the brightness on your phone.
Make sure your phone’s screen is not damaged. Broken glass prevents the QR code from being read.
Wipe your phone screen clean.
Make sure that you do not cover the QR code with your fingers when you turn the phone towards the scanner and that the full QR code remains visible.
Do not move your phone while reading. Hold it steady about 10 cm above the reader until the gate turns green.
