1. Proteins and amino acids

Among the essential amino acids, BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) and EAAs (essential amino acids) are popular for supporting muscle building and recovery. BCAAs can help to reduce fatigue and muscle breakdown, while EAAs contain all the essential amino acids to support muscle development more broadly.

2. Creatine

Creatine is one of the best researched and most effective nutritional supplements for performance enhancement. It helps to increase muscle strength and endurance, as well as providing faster recovery. Creatine monohydrate is the most widely used and potent form, recommended to be consumed in doses of 3-5 grams per day for maximum effectiveness. Creatine can increase water content in cells, so muscles can be fuller and stronger in the long term.

3. Pre-workout (pre-workout) supplements

These products are energizers that can boost performance and focus during exercise. They often contain:

  • Vitamin D – Contributes to bone and immune health and supports the proper absorption of calcium.
  • B vitamins – They help energy production and metabolism, and promote healthy nervous system function.
  • Iron – Particularly important for female athletes in maintaining blood oxygen carrying capacity, reducing fatigue and training performance decline.

A fentiekben szereplő kedvezmények nem összevonhatóak. A kedvezményeket legkésőbb 48 órán belül érvényesítjük. A személyes adatokat tartalmazó dokumentumokat a kedvezmény érvényesítését követően egyből töröljük. A kedvezmények 1 évig érvényesek, ezt követően ismételten igazolni kell a jogosultságot.
