My name is János Tóth, 30 years old, I am a fitness and personal trainer. I started playing sports at a very young age, swimming, athletics, volleyball and now I am competing in the sport of dragon boat racing at national team level. During the winter training period I really enjoyed going to weight training, I really liked getting stronger and stronger. I became more and more interested in this sport and saw more and more opportunities in it, which I would like to show you.
Studies
I am currently studying at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Diagnostic Analyst, University of Pécs, specialization Radiography. I got my nursing degree while still studying for my baccalaureate. I completed the Nutrition Counsellor and Fitness Instructor training during my university years in order to make the most of my time as a trainer. To this end, I strive to continually improve my knowledge to stay up to date with the latest, most advanced techniques and technologies, so that I can provide everyone with varied, enjoyable and of course effective exercises, and make exercise and working out together a positive experience.
Training sessions
I prefer weight training, which I complement with functional exercises, cardio or aerobic training, depending on your individual goals. Every person is different, with different goals and different amounts of free time, so I work with each person individually in personalised training sessions to maximise the achievement of their goals. During my personal training sessions, I specifically emphasize ongoing instruction with my students. Exercises are not only performed, but I teach you how to perform each exercise accurately, correctly and preventatively. During the workouts, I give high priority to developing the core, correcting muscle imbalances, and practicing functional movements.
